VENDORS 

The Electrolysis Society of Florida (ESF) would like to invite you to host a table and display your products at the next in-person ESF Conference on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 7:30am to 4:30pm in the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, FL area (new location).  An estimated 50-75 Licensed Electrologists from around the state of Florida are expected to attend.  ESF members and non-members primarily attend the meeting for accreditation purposes, so vendor tables will be their only opportunity to interact face-to-face with vendors.

The fee to host a table is only $250 per day, payable in advance (“Electrolysis Society of Florida, Inc”) at least 4 weeks prior the event. Regretfully, no refunds if your reservation is canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.

The fee includes the table as well as lunch for 1 person – additional meals are available for an extra charge.  All vendors will be allowed a five minute presentation at the start of the program to attendees.
